A Nutritional Biochemist explains how to protect the brain from deterioration due to Parkinson's and other chronic diseases.
Dr. Steve Blake, a leader in chronic disease research, will share how he’s been able to put the brakes on brain deterioration caused by Parkinson’s and other chronic diseases. The same nutritional techniques can be applied proactively to keep the brain healthy as we age.
In clear, understandable terms, Dr. Blake identifies the culprit that results in development of these diseases and how changes in diet can slow degeneration and protect the brain from contracting them in the first place. A Q&A session follows the presentation, and Dr. Blake will have some of his books, including Mastering Migraines, Stop Strokes before they Start and others, available for a book signing.
• Learn to protect your brain cells and slow degeneration.
• Explore the foods and toxins that deplete our brain cells.
• Does a deficiency in the neurotransmitter dopamine have a negative effect on Parkinson’s?
• Can we make and improve dopamine production?
